I little more care preparing the pasta al dente before hand and make sure it heats thoroughly before serving would really help this dish.
The pasta was precooked and added to the dish near the end of cooking. It was a great presentation and the flavors were there but the pasta was over cooked and gummy yet cold at the same time. Our only complaint on the food was we got the shrimp scampi cocked table side. The service was fantastic and the food looked spectacular. Definitely made the atmosphere upscale and enjoyable.
